In college Peyton Manning was charged with assaulting a trainer at Tennessee. The charges were dropped because of what he meant to the school and the trainer was threatened with her job. Wow... so much for a class act, huh?

There was no assault charges filed. The whole incident stemmed from an incident where Peyton mooned a trainer. The trainer did sue the University of Tennessee for harrasssment, but not Peyton. The lawsuit against Peyton was a defamation lawsuit stemming from the book Manning: A Father, His Sons and a Football Legacy, in which he stated the trainer had a "vulgar mouth", but also said the behavior was inappropriate.

we are all making judgements on the idea of a short video. Now for arguments sake, what if the pupil change into telling the actuality about his tickets. It sounds like the more youthful lad is going to be charged below Sect 5, yet apparently no longer with fare dodging. i'm desirous about the punishment setting up the crime yet i change into drained of those knee jerk kangaroo courts. As yet this united states of america would not enroll in trial with assistance from media.

Sorry, I think you got things wrong. There was no assault, the former trainer (Jamie) sued the Mannings for defamation, not because of assault. Also, she didn't get fired from UT because of Peyton, she got fired because she was always acting "sexy" with the school's athletes.

You know anytime you want to prove what you say, all you have to do is give your sources. Anyone can say anything about anyone, but, until they prove it, it's just an accusation.
