Yahoo just shut down my two web pages and suspended my alternate account. Can I sue them for punitive damages? I'm losing money already, they shut me down for being vulger on yahoo answers.

You can sue anybody for anything you want.....including Yahoo!
I don't think you have much chance of winning.

I love to see people spend their hard earned money on frivolous law suits only to be told by a judge that they should have read the web site policy and get thrown out of court.

Um, in case you haven't figured it out yet, you can just go in under another name and put up a new yahoo site.

You'd have to get a lawyer for that one there. That's to technical. You'd have to have someone go over the User agreements and stuff that yahoo has set up with a fine tooth comb.

Money is the root of all evil, what dose Yahoo answers have to do with your web site and why do you find it a need to be vulgar you did it to your self. sure Anny one can sue Anny else all you need is money and due cause

No, you can not. Yahoo runs the system and your agreement with them allows this kind of authority. Some times having a potty mouth is expensive. Clean up your act.

If they have policies against vulgarity and you violated them then no. They are a private company and are fully within their rights to suspend you. You essentially breached your contract.
