Here is what I want to accomplish.
I receive an e-mail.
E-mail has a link to a page from an external web-site (not in my control).
I want to capture that page.
Then, I want to remove some information from that page.
and then I want to present that page independently (i.e. it should not have any relationship to original link).

I want to actually automate this task programatically. I would appreciate if someone can suggest best way of doing it in a dependable manner.

Thanks a lot for your help and time.

I need a way to do this programmatically and not manually.

You can open the link
Then go to File -> Save
Then Right click the saved file (not folder) and open it with Word Microsoft, edit it.
Save it as html.
You have what you need.
