Men are not more intelligent. They're just more emotionally consistent which makes them appear so.

Neither is really smarter than the other in the overall picture. Intelligence does not apply to one sex or race, but is spread out to various individuals that are women, men, black, white, asian, etc. Intelligence seems to be more genetics than anything. Geniouses are spread throughout every demographic, just as people of average intelligence or stupid people. You'll find a black man who is very smart in this town or neighborhood, and a white woman who isn't that smart. Or smart man here, a dumb indian woman/ or man there and so on. So as I have already stated, they are fairly equal, which you'll find individual men and women smarter than each other, but being fairly even, I think.

I don't think so. I think men and women have different strengths and weaknesses. Also, it depends on how you define intelligence. Women are usually better at communication, intuition, reading body language, and common sense. Men are usually better at fixing things, math, building, and decisive action.
But, of course, there are exceptions to every rule. Some women and men can do both equally well. So, I think intelligence is a matter of education and how a person was raised (for the most part). We have female brain surgeons and male janitors. And we have male heart surgeons and female maids.

Depends on the guy and depends on the girl.
Depends on how you define intelligence-math skills, verbal skills, art knowledge, other?
Depends on how you measure intelligence, since many IQ tests are developed by white men, and the examples often used in their questions are examples of situations that are familiar to..white men.
How does the expectations of parents, teachers, classmates, relatives, and community have on the extent that you develop your intellectual abilities? What if less is expected of girls?
What if girls are given less opportunities to use their intellect? or are given less encouragement?
What if you have terrible reading skills and writing skills, can't take an IQ exam very well, but you're a genius when it comes to art or music? How can you measure that person's intelligence?
What if boys or girls are given more opportunities for using math or verbals skills, how do you know if their skills are innate, or taught?
What if you grow up in poverty, and have less opportunities for cultural experiences?
Intelligence is very difficult to measure, and so are gender differences.
