jealousy comes from lack of self-confidence. Self-confidence comes with maturity.

No. It all depends on the situation. I mean, as you get older, you learn to appreciate what you have more, but there can still be times when you get jealous, the thing is, as you get older, you won't call it jealousy because you will be in denial that you can actually still be jealous of someone at that age.

jealousy stems from your own insecurities and feelings of low confidence..when one gets older your self esteem, and confidence are not so swayed by peer pressure like it is when you are younger...so yes you tend to be less jealous the older you are, put all things in better more mature order...excessive jealousy can easily end up bringing an end to a relationship, you must give people room to breathe and live.

I don't think it is to do with age. Jealousy might fade if you learn from experience that it does no good. It could be a sign that you need therapy to heal your emotions. Jealousy is very bad, especially for the one who is jealous. Good luck.

Absolutely - yes. While there are disadvatages in aging - becoming more tolerant and patient are benefits. You have a broader view and become less possessive because your value isn't tied up in immature notions of what a relationship should be like.

What kind of jealousy? As you get older you are able to acquire more things yourself and you start to learn who you are. The more you know yourself the less you are jealous of who other people are or what they have.

Yes. I have found that as you get older you also know more about what you want and what you will/won't put up with from other people as well.

probably depends on the person but some people also do mellow out as they get older and stop playing all the insecure head games...relying on faith and trust and experience. peace

Well, maybe the person has found that they have made decisions about people that were better for them and feel more confident in their decision.
