There's roughly a new generation every 20 years, give or take 5 (a woman has a baby, baby grows till 20 years old, has baby, repeat cycle) . And we are now 6.000:000.000 people.
United Nations estimates are:
129:000.000 births each year
60:000.000 deaths each year
So, assuming birth rate were to be kept constant, if you multiply 129: by 76 you have how many world souls were born during your life.
