Chances are you either missed it or didn't kill him. You'll just have to have a look around and keep an eye out until he pops back out. Sorry, I hate when I loose track of bugs too!

Look around that door again. Pay special attention to the edges and the door frame. I bet you'll find what's left of your little friend.

It prolly got pissed off and went back for reinforcements, thats what they normally do. They will bring bigger and poisonous spiders back with them to take care of you.

it's prob alley dead but some times' if you don't' spray them long enough they don't dye for awhile but fly spray should work on them too. because they are insects too now aren't' they,
