You didn't miss much. But, I think he was professional in his claim to the "half-time shows". "They" are trying to keep it as professional & as modest as they can after the "Jackson episode", which was very trashy. Aerosmith & The Stones did them all a great deed when they played other years.
Prince always does a good performance & he had to deal with the rain tonight. Give it up for him!
Also, Billy Joel did a great job for the National Anthem!

Ya, it was ok. He sang a little bit different style than he usually does--at least different than I'm used to hearing him sing.

he did some covers...namely a song by the foo fighters!! it wasnt bad... he ended with purple rain. if you go on youtube im sure you can find the whole set.
