I had that problem too. So now i do not use eyeliner in any respect. Now i exploit a deep eyeshadow shade that enhances the shade of eyeshadow that i'm wearing, and be conscious it alongside the lash lines with a particular liner brush (very effective). It would not smudge and it truly is somewhat extra diffused, and curiously way more effective.

lancome and estee lauder have nice eyeliners that don't smudge that much. make sure they are pencils and that htey are very sharp before applying....that should help somewhat. also, liquid eyeliner is probably the best for NO smudge...the best mascara in the world is Lancome. Specifically, I like Hypnose.

Christian Dior Twistable Liquid Liner. Quite like no other, it has the look of liquid liner, but the feel of a twistable lip gloss. It is certainly the best eye liner you'll ever find in the market. Worth the price, you are paying for the right stuff.

dont use liner, try using eyeshadow and apply it with an angled brush along the lash line...if u want a more define look dip the brush in some water first, it will give a more solid line and wont smudge...this also gives so much more colours to work with

The girls at Lancome can help you with that question. They helped me. Go to Macy's and get some really good advice. My boyfiend loved me when I got home the day that I went there.

I really like Merle Norman creme eyeliners. They come in a little pot and their eyeliner brush is great.

well, if you want to use liquid eyeliner...try Almay's liquid eyeliner and if you prefer a pencil liner...try Wet 'n Wild's mini eyebrow pencil, it's perfect for lining eyes....as for the mascara, I'm still trying to find one myself :-/
