My husband silently misbehaves with me, he actually wants to get hold of my only daughter, what should I do?

The only reason for divorce which I see in your case is on the ground of cruelty. You have not clarified what you mean that he wants to get hold of your daughter? Is it that he wants to have her sole custody? What is her age? You have also not clarified if you are staying with your husband or away from you. Nor you have given any facts regarding your religion, form of marriage, time period of marriage, if you are working or not, place of residence in India or abroad. Without knowing these facts I wont be able to give you any advice on how you should proceed for divorce & other matrimonial dispute regarding custody of child, maintenance etc. Give details I have mentioned for right advice.

Get out of the house for good first. Then get the divorce. Make sure you and your daughter are safe immediately. Don't tell him you are leaving if he is abusive. Wait until he's at work or away to give you and your daughter adequate time to get to a safe place. Don't ever come back to him.

I am not sure excalt what is going on with you, or how hold your daughter is. However, if you are saying that your husband is making advances at a child, you need to get her out of there as well as yourself and divorce him.

are you sure that your husbands does something shud not be done. do you hav any strong proof. if you are not able to live with him then only divorce. think about it first. and how old is ur child.
if she is very small, court wil allow you to take. if she is above 10, she has to say that she wants to live with you only, court wil allow you to tak ur child.

Get out at all cost and get a Order of Protection on him. You need proof of you will hurt your rep. A police report would be good. If he even talks to you then he can go to jail.

u should keep your mind cooooool and better to talk to yr husband with a cool atmosphere that your present situation and request him to help you for getting divorce ... he is the only man who help u for your peace... also if it is required that he wants the child u try to sacrifice....

get your daugheter and go to an abuse shelter immdately. then see if u can get a laywer for the divorc.e good luck
