I knw it prolly is but i am getting 8 hours or more of sleep so is this not good????

Are you able to meet your obligations in life? Your age has a lot to do with this question as does your health. Some people require 10 hours of sleep a day and others only require 4 hours of sleep a day. Ask you doctor you could have health problems like thyroid or other health problems. Get a check-up.

it's just fine, everybody needs different amounts of sleep, and depending on your age you may change quite a bit throughout your life. 12 to 10 is very common and healthy for teens, especially, whereas when you're retired you may sleep from 10 to 5, it varies for everyone, don't let anyone tell you how much or when to sleep, your body will care for itself in this, if you can let it...

Anywhere between 7 and 9 hours of sleep is what is most recommended. So as long as you are getting that it doesn't really matter when you go to bed...
