No Rain, by Blind Melon. Love that song! It came out in 1992. Sadly, the band was pretty much a one hit wonder, and then the lead singer died of a drug ovedose in 1995.

Well if you can sing a few lines of it, then I suggest you go to www.midomi.com which is a search engine for songs that you know the words to but don't know what the songs name and artist is. It will find it for you and it's kinda fun. Like your own talent show
