I have a Masters degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry--- you don't have to decide now what you want to do in the science... you really need to find something that enjoy w/in biology. If you like the research/ experimentation part of it, what do you want to work w/? Take some college level freshman courses on botany, microbiology & zoology, then decide what part of that interests you-- is it genetics? environmental impact? etc? Trust me, I started college as a Pre-dentistry major and my senior year I realize that Wetland Ecology and Botany were the things I loved--- I went to graduate school for Environmental Management and conducted research on plants in the swamps and marshes of Southeastern Louisiana.
You'll figure out exactly what it is you want to do-- just keep your options open by studying anything available.

If you are interested in biology, you can research about animals or plants ( you can create new plants by emerging 2 or 3 plants of the same kind, using biological technologies/ techniques). You can also be a nurse, if you don't want to be a doctor. Check with your school counselors, they do help a lot.

There are plenty of other options besides medicine for biology majors. Agriculture sciences include plant biology and zoology, etc. You could also explore oceanography.

Careers in any of those areas are interesting and will offer you a place to use your biology skills.

Good luck.
