u can file a criminal case on him and u can ask for quite a handsome amount of Alimony becoz its ur LEGAL right over whatever he earns and over the property he or his parents own and then u can file a divorce against him
so go and try to find some good lawyer and u can seek help from some NGOs operating in ur respective area . once u tell thm ur full story they will definately help u out
