hey! I really want to be good at playing soccer. To be good at
playing soccer we all know that it takes strong physical stamina.

so which is effective? well in my opinion, I like Cycling better
but I like Jogging too. If jogging is more effective, I will jog. :)

If Cycling is better should I cycle really hard and fast? what about the pace? what about for jogging? Tell me the Method too

Thank you ^^

well in soccer you obviously run more so jogging seems to be the logical answer. Iassume too if you jog more it gives you more stregth and muscle memory

Here is my point of view.

Jogging - helps stamina which is real useful in soccer.

Cycling - if you cycle uphill or for a long period of time it'll help muscles.

If you are fine with your kicking I would advise you to jog for long periods of time so that your stamina would be better in games.

Well cycling is supposed to be a better workout than jogging.
Although swimming is even better.

jogging is a better exercise to do, but i think you should do a specific type of running exercise. while running, change your pace often to really get the feel that you would on the field. run at a quick speed for a period of time, then do a light jog, and continue to change between the two while running.

There are so many different positions which require different physical qualities, that one must specify whom one wishes to compete in some kind of contest with a player from the English League (a few of whom I hear are English). Nonetheless, I would say a safety like Roy Williams of the Dallas Cowboys would destroy the pee out of even the best English League player (even the superior Brazilian ones).
