North America is a CONTINENT. That is a geological term, not political
In simpler language that means North America is not a nation. it is not a country. In point of fact there are 3 SEPERATE countries on North America. Mexico, USA, Canada.
This is just as IGNORANT as you other stupid question about who invented California.

There is no prime minister of north America. North America is a continent which I believe consists of Canada, the USA, and Mexico. Though Greenland and the countries of central America may also count as being a part of NA.
But of the three main countries, the US has a president (George W.Bush) and no PM. Mexico has a president (Formerly Fox, I'm not sure who the one is they just elected.) and possibly a PM, but I doubt it. Canada, however, does have a PM. Except, no one living outside Canada knows who that person is.

The Prime Minister of North America does not exist. If your looking for the PM of Canada, it's Steven Harper.
