One cubic meter is 100 x 100 x 100 cubic centimeters, or 1,000,000 (one million) cubic centimeters. It is not possible to convert cubic cm to any other kind of cm, as it represents volume.
One square kilometer is 100,000 x 100,000 square cm, or 1,000,000,000,000 (one trillion) square cm. Square cm represent area, not volume, and therefore are not cubic.
Cm (or any other unit of length) can be used to measure three different dimensions: linear distance, area, and volume - provided the last two have the right "squared" or "cubed" annotations attached. Distance is one dimensional, area is two dimensional, and volume is three dimensional. It is not possible to convert from one to the other.

Your question appears not to make sense.
You cannot convert between cubic meters (which is a volume) and centimeters (which is a length). You cannot convert between square km (which is an area) and centimeters.
1 m^3 = 10^6 cm^3
1 km^2 = 10^10 cm^2

1m^3 is a cube with each edge of 1m i.e. 100 cm
1km^2 is a square of distance of 1km i.e.1000 m or 100,000 cm

1m^3 is a cubic meter. a cube 1 meter by 1 meter bty 1 meter in size
1km^2 is a square kilometer. a square that is 1 km on a side

This is not possible... you can only convert units that are in the same dimension. IE volume does not equal area

oh yeah! i don't know how i put cm^2. It should be cm^3 but my prevous calculation is right.
