health and health care?

Question

I am female, a taoist and chinese.
I have a pituary tumor and was advised by doctors for surgery.

This is most feared part is I do not have anyone willing to help me physically. I been going to hospital all on my own.
I am so sad that no one is willing to be lend a hand>>
All my life is the same struggle as both my brothers married Malay ladies.and they hve not offered to help in compananship and support.

I do not see a bright future for myself
