Yep, stop smoking and the natural shedding of skin will quite quickly clear the nicotine stains.

You really shouldn't smoke it affects you more than you think. I'm guessing you don't want your parents or girlfriend/boyfriend to find out. You cant try this: 1st get rubbing alcohol and rub it all over your fingers for as long as you can, then, wash your hands with dish washing soap (It's tough in nasty odors). It probably wont get rid of the smell completely but it will minimize it. The best solution would be to just stop smoking. Good Luck!

Once you get it clean, hold your cigs so that the smoke goes up and not through your fingers. You are obviously holding it so the smoke drifts on them instead of away. I have smoked for decades and never got nicotine on mine

Cut your fingers off!. That way you can kill 2 birds with 1 stone, no more yellow stinky fingers, and no more yellow stinky fingers to hold the cigerettes with, so no more smoking. Everyone's happy.

Sounds abit odd but me and the girlfriend use her invigorating foot scrub from boots, it normally works by removing the hard skin on the feet when you rub it in well but it also removes tobacco stains from the fingers! :)
