No, it should not not be legal to download music without paying for it. The people who make the music are due payment for it and it's not right to take money out of their pocket even if some of them are very wealthy. There are also people who write the words and music who don't make a lot of money and lose money when you download illegally. If you want to hear it, pay for it, the way it is supposed to be done! It should be a felony around the world for downloading illegal music, movies, or whatever you steal from the internet that is supposed to be purchased.

Definitely no.

How else would Artists make money??

The only way they could ever make money is too perform in concerts or star in ads.

Also Several music buisinesses would be *ahm* screwed!

All record lables music stores iTunes would lose alot of money.

Sure, illegaly download music. You will never get caught. But let the people who dont mind paying pay.

my days of buying cd's are so over!! i can't remeber the last time i bought one. I think it should be legal. What i think is illegal, is what the record companies have been doing all this time. The artists make more money from doing shows...going on tours...apperances in movies/shows...performing at clubs.

it may be made legal with some rules and restrictions followed by ISP's and the concerned website. that is like sharing the revenue with the artiste.
