Definitely the ears. Without them, you would still be able to hear, just not as well. Not having a tongue would make speaking and eating almost impossible. Mmrf mmuf mmrrrggf.

Well, if I really had to pick, I would probably choose my ears, that way hopefully I could still hear out of my ear drums and still be able to chat and eat.

well my brother just said his ears, so he could still pleasure a girl. i'd have to agree, albeit for different reasons. i mean, how would you swallow your food without your tongue? you'd have to push it to your throat with your fingers, and you wouldn't taste food anymore. your ears though, if you were careful, you could cut them off and still hear becuase your ear canals are inside your head. you'd just be supersensetive to sound. so i'd hack off the lobes for sure.
