I am so bored where I live. I do not know anyone. I have not been here long, and I need to meet a friend, or atleast have someone as a pen-pal. Can anyone help?

Unfortunately, I think pen-pals are a thing of the past now. You might want to search for "keyboard-pals" nowadays! LOL.
Try going to Friend Finder or something. Go to Classmates.com and see how many of your old friends you might be able to come into contact with. Also try My Space. You're bound to make friends on there. Create your own web page and post bulletins or blogs, search for other people that have your same interests, look up other people's profiles, and if you want to get to know them, ask them to add you to their friends list. Then you can read their bulletins and blogs, too.
