I have to pick one, or I can never hope to be any good at either.

While I have more fun playing drums, I don't play them very well at all compared to the bass. I learn much slower as well..

The bass is not as fun, but I seem to be more designed for it, because I have been learning very quickly and for only playing it for a year I can make some impressive funky riffs.

I have to choose one.. But I don't know how I can choose. Nobody has ever seen me play either and ive never met another person in my life who has ever played a musical insturment to ask.

Also, I can't take my drums places like I can take my bass places. Bass has easy mobility.

Go with whatever you have more fun with.

If you stick with bass and get bored with, you'll never want to practice and therefore never get better.
And if you like playing drums, you'll want to practice and get better and it'll be fun for you.
