Ok THis is ur answer! Try to exercise and wear urself out...then take a shower or bath, relax then get comfortable turn out the lights, turn the tv off! ANDDDDD Try to avoid drinking pop and eating around 2 hours before bed!

I would advise buying some lavendar spray to spray on your pillow before you go to sleep or even break a few twigs off your neighbours plant and slip it inside your pillow case!, it helps you make you relax and calm you. Or you could try some really relaxing music, to help you drift to sleep?
