Did the guy propose? I missed it! What happened?

A guy was supposed to propose to his girlfriend on a commercial. I had been watching him on Good Morning America and other shows for a while. They always disguised his voice and wouldnt show his face.

I didn't see a proposal but the beer commercial with the auctioneer as the pastor was funny
