is there any software that can rest my ink level?i use the introductry catridge and ink level is not available for that type of catridge bcos it's just for promo.but i made a hole so that i can refill it,but the ink level still won't reset..any, help me, plizzzz..

It can be very difficult to get your printer to think that the ink in there is HP ink.
You may consider buying original manufacturer's ink. Your printer's ink cartridges are relatively inexpensive. Both your cartridges (21 and 22) can be bought in a combo package for $30. Nice thing is, your printer will automatically recognize them.
