Well you've got some really good advice here but have a look at this website:

It has some really good information and I used it and now I have a baby after three and a half years of trying.

1. First you need to buy a basal body thermometer. This type of thermometer takes a more accurate reading.
2. Second, you need to take your temperature the first thing every morning before you even get out of bed. Keep track of this number. Keep a journal of the date and the day of your cycle (the number of days since you got your period) and what your temperature was that morning.
3. You will have to do this for a couple of months to use this for tracking your ovulation, b/c it tells you when you have already ovulated.
4. Your temperature should be basically the same (disregarding illness, etc.) every morning before you ovulate. Once you ovulate your temperature will increase a few tenths of a degree and stay increased until you get your period.
5. Keep track for a few months and your will see a pattern on what day of your cycle you tend to ovulate.
6. Make sure you are having sex at least every other day a week before you ovulate (sperm can live 3-4 days in your body).
7. Good luck!!!

you need a basal thermometer at least which is just a more sensitive instrument. and you just track each day and a slight rise usually means that you are ovulating. but you will always ovulate 14 days before your period. maybe you should see your gyno and get a check up and ask them for real tips to concieving
