Now that they have Addai, will they keep him? Or is he replaceable? If Colts don't pick him up, who will?

Not a chance!
The Colts have the highest payroll in the NFL and with Dwight Freeney and Cato June just to name a few hitting the free agent market the Colts will concentrate on getting them signed before Rhodes.
I can see them using the franchise tage on Freeney they will have to give the dollars to June which I think will leave Rhodes out in the cold - look for him to find a place in Miami, in New York with the Giants, or maybe even Arizona to reunite with the 'Edge'.
Don't forget the Colts will have Addai as their main back with James Mungro as a solid alternative to losing Rhodes.

The two-back system is the future of the NFL. Look at the last four teams standing this year. The Bears have Cedric Benson and Thomas Jones, the Saints have Reggie Bush and Duece McAllister, the Patriots have Laurence Maroney and Corey Dillon, and the Colts have Joseph Addai and Dominic Rhodes. Premier Running backs like Shaun Alexander, Larry Johnson, and LaDanian Tomlinson all got knocked out of the playoffs early. I think after his performance off the bench all season will cause the Colts to bring him back for a few more years.

Resign him I think the team likes the two back set they have ran this year and will slowly phase him out over the next two years and then trade him for a draft pick.

They probably will, but his all-pro superbowl performance just raised his contract value through the roof so they may not if he asks for too much.

He will definately land a solid job somewhere though, probably with a team that needs a new back.

I'm sure they would like to, but the salary cap may not allow for it. After tonight, his price has gone up considerably.
