identifont.com is best since you get to see samples of the font before you install. They also have a cool tool to determine the name of a font by asking a series of questions.

Go to a site named fontparadise they have so many different fonts a person can get carried away downloading. They also offer a download that enables the fonts to be transferred directly to your desktop or word or whatever you use. I have found with many sites that you try to download them and they just come out as gobble instead of something you can use. Enjoy as I have used many of the fonts in scrapbooking.

Type free font download in Google and you'll get all the sites you'd ever want. They're everywhere.

google it or search for it on yahoo, beware this is a excellent way to get a new virus or malware, and be advised to save to a file not in windows, windows can only have so many font files in its font file folder

You might try 3dtextmaker.com. It's not a font download system, but you can copy and paste and it has some really cool fonts!!
