I have ordered Quest DSL internet service, the first time I power on it was fast then it started to decline?

when I boot computer it takes over three minutes to get started it must load messenger and other program on tab bar I tried to removed the messenger yet I can't. what can I do? and most of the time i get massege of virtual memory low

It's not your Internet service but the other crap you have loaded on your computer that is taking time to load.
