What you want to achieve from the law ?
There are laws to prohibit and protect us from Thief Robbers, Cheaters and lot of other types of anti socials. Are we protected !
You make another law - the income of police would go higher. As of now the beggers are happy if you pay him 1 rupee after enforcing the law they will request for Rs. 2/- saying that not we have to pay the police too.

Hi, it is actually impossible to control beggers. They can not be put in jail as this is probably just inhumane to do this to someone who has never done anything to break the law. There is also not enough money to put all beggars in a home.
I am not one of those people but many will pick up on the slightest of spelling errors and immediately judge you as illiterate and will not answer your question.
You wrote "if there any law to control begger"
The correct spelling and grammar is "Are there any laws to control beggars".
Good Luck.

In Houston Texas when a person "flies a sign" or panhandles for money the police arrest them for vagrancy and/or solicitation without a permit which gets a 30 to 45 day stay in the county jail.
When caught a second time you are given up to 1 yr. in jail. A 3rd. time will get you procecuted as a habitual offender and up to 5yrs. in T.D.C.J.-I.D. Texas Department of Criminal Justice- Institutional Division.

Various counties and cities are writing
new ordinances to control panhandling.
Such as location (busy corners) and
what their signs read. In some counties,
it's illegal to ask for money, but not for
help.
Sadly enough, too many panhandlers
aren't for real. And they make it tough
for the true homeless who find begging
a necessity.

Those laws do exist in some cities. They are generally created at the local level. Your city may or may not have them. You can ask at City Hall.
