For instance she is not saying she didn't cause the accident, and by law if she is found guilty she has to pay a fine, but if it were you and I, Mr & Mrs Public who aren't stinking rich, we wouldn't be sued for $50 million. So I am just wondering if it weren't "Brandy" would they have sued at all..........?

Yes, I agree that she is being exploited and I feel bad for her. I honestly don't think she is even that rich, those parents are definitely milking the cow for all, and above, of what it is worth.

I think $50 million is a little outrageous and yes it is probably because she is a celebrity. However, the law should not give her a slap on the wrist or have her pay a fine only. As you put it, if it were your or I, the average normal person, not only would we be paying fines but we'd be doing jail time. So I hope the law does not treat her like a celebrity, I hope they make her do exactly would we, the average citizen would have to go through it we were the ones driving the car.

Celebrities should not get special treatment, nor should they be taken advantage of money wise as in the case of the $50 million.

Just my humble opinion.

Obviously.

I think it will get thrown out.
I don't care for Brandy at all but it's not right and I think the family should be ashamed that they are trying to make obscene amounts of money out of their death.

That said, I think her fine by the authorities should be a LOT more. Based on how much money she has. Imo, celebrities or rich people need to be fined more as regular fines are nothing but pocket change to them (if that!)

Of course not. She is loaded and someone wants some of it.
She should be made to pay medical bills if there are any,
Hopefully the court will see thru this nonsense.

I think that any of us Americans could be sued for this amount of money.

This question is too rediculous and absurd to be answered. WE as spiritual people need to focus more on the spiritual aspects of our lives, and less on the materialistic ones. God will provid for all that we need, here at the table of plenty.
