He was thinking they needed a strike down field as they were pressed for time, and he realized all the stuff in the middle would do was chew up time. He was hoping that if he could get a score and the D could hold the Colts to a FG, that he could still hopefully lead them on a tying score if they got a two point conversion. The Sanders INT he let too much air get into it, and the other was just a stand out play. Not a bad night for the guy, I think the Bears need to stick with him, the Defense that was so talked about looked flat and confused at times in the second half. If they wouldnt have let the Colts dominate on offense they could have had a chance.

Pressure,and a lack of experience in big games,finally got to him.On the plus side,look at QB's like Favre and Vick.It took some time for them to learn.
