The definition of virgin has a lot of twists.
If a penis has been in your vagina, you are not a virgin, no matter how much of your vagina was filled.
Now other people go with the "technical" virgin. Your hymen is intact, therefore you are a virgin.
My belief is "technical" virgins are not virgins. It is possible for a hymen to stretch around the penis without breaking. The hymen might stay intact until a baby is born, but would that also classify as a technical virgin?

Technically no, you are not a virgin. A virgin is define as someone who hasn't had sexual intercourse of any kind. Just because a guy doesn't ejaculate or go all the way in doesn't mean it doesn't counts as sex. Blood doesn't have to be present because not every girl bleeds their first time. Besides, the hymen is an outdated term and doesn't apply to virginity, because you can break your hymen or it wore away naturally by activities and sports. Next time, use a condom, be safe, and wait until you are ready.

The presence or absence of your hymen has nothing whatsoever to do with your virginity. How can it when some girls are born without a hymen? How can that make a newborn female baby a non-virgin?
In general, your virginity has everything to do with never having had a penis in your vagina. You are not a virgin.
He may not have ejaculated, but a man's lubrication (his prec*m) can contain sperm, and if sperm get anywhere on your vulva, the race to that mature ova is on. If your and your boyfriend are playing in this manner, you absolutely must practise safer sex techniques. That is, unless you and he are ready to be called Mommy and Daddy for the rest of your lives.
If you and your b/f know this little about how a woman's body works, how a man's body works, and in particular specifically how each of your own bodies work, you shouldn't be participating in sexual activities. Please note that this is not about your ages or about your marital status. It's simply whether or not you have the knowledge and the mental and emotional maturity for a sexual relationship.

No not really you have felt what it feels to have a penis in you even if your hymen is intact. But in gods eyes you are always seen as pure.
