Yes...absolutely...on most things. I have a big family, so when I cook, it's a lot. We sometimes combine all of the leftovers and it will, alone, make up a meal. Many foods, for some reason, are better the second time. Let me tell you something else that's a great money / food - saving idea. Take some sort of large container and put it in your freezer. Every time that you have leftover veggies, meats, etc., make sure they are room temperature and then pour them in that container. When you get a bit, it is a great soup. Comes in real handy when you don't feel up to cooking or on rainy / cold days.

Unfortunately, sometimes. I have yet to learn how to cook for one person - me. My daugher works in Hawaii and is gone for months at a time. I went from $150 every two weeks grocery bill to $55 every two weeks. But still, when it comes to preparing food like macaroni and cheese, sphaghetti, other dishes like that - I always make too much and have to take food to school whereby my teacher friends and students will devour the balance.

Yes...I always bring home the rest of my dinner from work at Panera, stick the sandwich in the fridge, and someone'll eat it in a few days usually...if not, it gets buried, then found a few weeks later with green mold on it. Lovely picture, no? ♥

Leftover chicken makes a good chicken n noodles, using your favorite noodles. A cold pizza is another favorite of mine.

YES. Always unless it tastes bad. Why throw it out and waste it when you can put it in the refrigerator then eat it again when you are hungry.

LOL...yes, but then sometimes forget to eat it before it goes bad. Other things like torn lettuce or chopped tomatoes I don't save, like after we have tacos.
