I agree with Craig...Paul Winchell(the inventor of the artificial heart!!!!!) was the all-time best, but these days Jay Johnson has been the best I've seen. Yes, Jeff Dunham is good too.

With Bergen, Winchell, Flowers and Shari Lewis all dead there is not much to choose from. I would say Jay Johnson of Chuck and Bob fame on SOAP.

waylon flowers, him and madam were hysterical in the 70s and 80s! today, i'd have to say dick cheney, you cant even tell he has his hand up george's a.s.s. pulling all the strings!
