I keep feel painful electrifying pulses in my innner upper theighs and lower area. I just feel really shitty. My roommate is telling me to call the doctor but i dont want to bother if it is nothing to worry about. I hope there is someone out there that can help me undertand what the next step i should take. thank you

Do you've a variety of enormous exercising balls? That helped me a lot, rocking on it, truly helped the discomfort of exertions. feels like you may want to correctly be interior the early degrees of exertions, I keep in ideas dropping my plug and change into dialted to 2cm for a week. all people is diff, yet feels like with the contractions starting to be more effective more suitable and accepted that you'll be able to correctly be having your toddler quickly! If the contractions change into close adequate as in 3-5 min aside, pass to the well being facility. If the discomfort or contractions do not pass away in an afternoon, call the rfile they are going to coach you on what to do.

I think you are experiencing muscle cramping from your busy day of cleaning. Keep timing you contractions. If you feel like you just don't know what to do, call the doctor. You aren't bothering him...that's what he gets paid to do. And he gets paid quite a bit...so don't worry about calling him.

Sounds like you over-did it yesterday with the "nesting" (preparing for the arrival of your baby). You have to take it easy when you are that far along. Your muscles are severely stretched out and if you bend too far, you won't feel it immediately. I catches up with you later.
Just relax and you will KNOW when labor starts.

Well this is an easy one. The next step is for you to grab the fellow who is your child's father, and take him to the courthouse and get a marriage license. Then take him to the Justice of the Peace and get a marriage license. It's not that expensive and you two can do this this week. Take his parents and your parents along for witnesses. Most courthouses have a little chapel near the license bureau and the Chief Clerk will do the ceremony. Costs about $100. Do this for your child before he/she is born and you'll be loved and appreciated by your children forever. So, do this for the sake of your sanity and that of your child otherwise if you miss this opportunity, your life is going to be miserable.

Call the Dr! It's better to be informed and have peace of mind that everything is ok.

The surge of energy is probably "nesting". Just relax, the baby will probably be here real soon. Good luck to you!
