Sit-ups is your first problem. Because they are not an aerobic exercise that gets your heart rate up real high they in fact make can make the stomach fat look worse. This happens because the muscle under the fat grows and becomes stronger thus causing the stomach to protrude more. The absolute best thing you can do is eat healthy and run 5 or 6 days a week about a mile or so. Running burns more calories than any other exercise as far as time goes (except for sex). Make sure you are eating at least 1000 calories a day though dont starve yourself. The daily recommended value is 2000 but beings that you are a thin female 1400 calories a day is probably more suitable. Make them good calories though, fruits instead of sugar snacks. good luck!

A low sugar, low Carb, low Salt diet will help along with REGULAR EXERCISE, u have to stick at it, sit up's WILL help if you don't give up after a day!! most people start to see a change after three weeks to 3 months!! keep going, if u give up u'll be worse like i got!!

it depends on what you eat. Eat less fatty foods, drink water instead of soda. Fruits veggies and lower carb foods and excercise should do the trick. I recommend ab and cardio workouts.
