the airforce had been messing with the oceans weather in that area dramaticlly and supposable working with weather war fare the ability to make and or stop hurricanes and super storms when small storms start do you think they had any ything to do with it.

Nope, not true. The Gulf Coast has a lot of storms, small and huge. I think the Airforce has many things better to do than this. I have lived on the Gulf Coast all my life, and I can tell you this is not true, ever heard of mother nature, this is what it is. No different than saying the Airforce was messing around up North and cause all the snow. Some have snow, some have hurricanes, some have tornadoes. Different parts of the country have different type weather, not the Air force's fault.
