IMO the reason that foreigners hate President Bush is because he does not let them dictate to us.
Have you noticed how few of those nations are actually willing to work with us? They all want to be able to tell us what to do.
Personally - I think that having a President who is willing to ask another country: "What have you done for us lately?" is something that was way overdue.
And don't worry about all of those countries that hate us - the next time they want something from us, they will be telling us what great friends they are.

Am not an American but the fact that some of you Americans (not all but any means) were so misled to as to put him in for second term it has effected many other counties throughout the world including Australia which is now trying to back out of the mess in Iraq that Bush led us into, so it is my place and right to give my opinion and my opinion is very clear he is responsible for thousands of deaths of innocent people and he is going to leave the world in a much worse place that what it was before he arrived at the White House.

I like Bush and what he has done so far, he has made some mistakes but you cant really put it all on him. The reason most non americans hate him is that they dont understand the way America does things, most countries especially in europe dont like to take alot of risks to achieve their goals, we do. Iregaurdless of what anyone says the Bush administration didnt drop the ball on Katrina it was one of the fastest responses in history to a disaster I doubt the Russians, chinese or anyone else could have done better due to the large scale destruction that it caused.

Lol. As an American can you honestly tell me you never had any opinion about any world leaders?
Are you saying only americans are allowed to have opinions?
Seriously, of course, only Americans can choose the American government, but other people are perfectly allowed to critisize your choice all they want!!!
People who hate Bush have their reasons for doing so. Obviously some, including those of Americans are more informed than others.
For me, I think he handled 9/11 well.
I think with respect to Iraq, the invasion was premature and he pissed off his allies by listening to the radicals in his party.
With respect to Katrina, he appears to have completely dropped the ball, although there could have been factors not reported in the media. Certainly the lack of speed for the US to react to the situation there was an embarassment. That said, I was pretty mad at my government for not offering more help faster.

Non Americans complain about Bush because no matter how badly they think he handles things, he at least takes a stand while their own politicians largely sit around dithering this way and that, and waiting for the problems to come to them. They wish their own politicians would do something, but they don't know what.

First off, he has entered U.S into a war that victory is intangible. Second he handled Katrina completely wrong. And NO he did not do very good at handling it with a "fast response". He had a least a day to know how bad the hurricane was going to be, but yet did not get ready at all. He handled 9/11 well, but our war in completely messed up. We have to many enemy's in the war and not enough allies. Seeing how the U.N didn't support our actions to invade, i think he made a pretty big mistake. After 9/11 he had a chance to be a great president and unite our country more than ever, like FDR after Pearl Harbor. Instead he has left us in more trouble than we could ever imagine.

I am just waiting for my chance to rise up and woop some ***! The question shouldn't be what has Bush done wrong it should be what has Bush done right!!!

You need to look at what countries were dragged into the war and what countries are fighting the US. Those are the only countries which can compalin.
