Not sure what you don't understand. I would guess, in your mind's eye, perhaps people with darker skin aren't supposed to have dreams. But it's the same dream all decent, constructive people have, about advancing themselves and society's grand agenda. It's all connected with cultural advancement and this feeling of contentment.
