What are your sources of stress and how do you try to manage it?

There was a time when stress consumed my life and then I learned from the Word of God how to handle stress. LAUGH! Eat healthy, exercise,go to bed early, get rid of stressful people in your life, show more love, pray, rejoice and give thanks no matter what. I have found this to be a great stress reliever!

I don't get into gossip or judgemental conversations any more .have weeded out the toxic people in my life.I enjoy other folks and live each day as it comes.It took a long time to get there but the stress is no longer there there are so many things I can't change.but stress is one I can work out of my life on a daily basis..attitude...change how you see things. look for positve rather than negative.gradually the things that are stressfull will be more manageable...

Getting ready for navy boot camp, then Bud's (Navy Seal boot camp) All the end less work outs and end less studying. That's pretty stress full. I manage it by excepting and preparing for what will be asked of me. Pain is only pain, work is only work and that's the way of the seals. So stop crying and just do what needs to be done. Nothing can come of feeling bad for yourself. There is no room for ignorance or fear.

I try to keep things simple...but they are never simple. I am an artist, so I design jewelry, dolls, paint. I'm also a translator on call for various things, emergencies...so that is very stressful. And I am a designer for logos, etc. Lots to do, no way to manage things...they happen when they need to.

I dont have any stress... I used to let everything stress me out .... and now i just dont care anymore... I want to live a healthy life... Stress does me no good... I try not to worry anymore... Most of the things that used to stress me out were things that really didnt really matter in the big picture of things........

theres no need for stress or anxiety. its all in your mind-- its not physical. its your choice to feel stressed or think about a stressful situation. think about this-- it takes one time to do a stressing activity (taxes, excersing, being in a crucial conversation..), but when you think about it a lot-- you are actually reliving that experience over and over instead of just that one time. ALso think about everything as a challenge instead of a problem. Challenges change your perception and allow creative flow in your brain. Remember everybody has challenges-- life is full of them and never stop. Its all about how you CHOOSE to deal with them.

Oh lawdy, where can I begin?

Some chix at work love to gossip about everybody and they love getting the attention when they are complimented - they are quick to point out your mistakes and they are pure evil and negativity

My hubby sometimes gets on my last darn nerve and I get headaches...


I try to manage my stress by enjoying being by myself and reading. I also love to blog and listen to some Kenny G to relax

I have 5 kids, how stressful do you think it is? I try to get some serious alone time when I can.

I'm in high school, and I get stressed from trying to be popular and be the person I'm not.

I just suffer through it.

Work and finances are my stress.. I just try to take some time just for me to forget about it for a little bit.
