I was at a Super Bowl party. Everyone there, said that Peyton is a cry baby when the game is going bad. I say he is a competitive and shows his emotions. They also said that he cries to the officials too much. I say he is just working the officials and that is not a bad thing. What do you say?

Michael Jordan whined to the officials all the time, too, but i don't remember anyone ever saying that took away from how great he was. some people just like to hate... i was rooting for the Bears, 'cause that's who my Dad wanted to win. i don't really like football all that much, but i'm still happy for Peyton! : )

cheers,
Shauna!

The coaches give Manning a lot of choices on what plays to run. When people say that Manning played like ****, they obviously have no idea what they are talking about. His numbers were good, especially considering how hard it was raining. His decisions were good. When people say that Rhodes and Addai won the game, they don't realise that Manning takes what the defense gives him. He found weaknesses against the run. He exploited them. The Colts had an excellent game on the ground. Don't people realise that 75% of the Colt's plays are chosen at the line of Scrimmage by Manning? He was 25 for 38, 247 yrds, 1 TD, 1 int.

No, he was definately being immature.

He yelled at the coaching staff repeatedly when they wouldn't let him pass on certain plays, which were smart moves, because usually Rhodes would run the ball for big gains in these situations. I lost alot of respect for him tonight...

He is used to the coaches letting him run his team and pass pass passing. He showed no faith in either Rhodes or Addai tonight and that isn't the mark of a leader. I didn't see anything bad with the officials though.

Edit: For those of you claiming he was calling the plays tonight, he wasn't. The calls were all from Dungy and his coordinators, and even the announcers were commenting on his frustration with his coaches and their play choices.

The only thing you can say is that Manning won his championship! What else can you say? He's a champion, and he deserves it! Those people at that party were obviously Bears fans.

Still think he is an average QB!

Their Defense and the Colts run game won the game.

Manning did nothing!
