Well did you check the connection? and power? if you did and still not working than it could be drivers. If you don't know how to find drivers I have listed a software link that you can download that will find the driver problem. all you do is download the driver and install. that should fix the problem. if it doesn't than it is problem with the speakers it self. Note: by drivers i am talking about a audio card that is installed in your computer. If it is a new computer talk to the computer company they will help you with the drivers or if it a dell or like a name brand computer go to there site and find you computer and than download the driver you need.
