I would say a classic, faded, regular blue jean if it is a casual look. You should go with a regular blue jean for a more formal appeal.

i have a shirt kinda like this and i wear it with a real light blue color "skinny" jean and black boots and it looks really good.

Black would be best & gray would come in second.
Both of those colors would accentuate the color and style of the shirt.

the astounding thing about black and white is they bypass with practically something. Get inventive. in my opinion, i imagine a brilliant purple skirt and a blue cardigan or jacket over which could be gorgeous.
