Government should launch a plan to permit genuine retired pilots from AIR FORCE and Commercial air ways to start their flying schools and Banks can provide them funds as seed capital on subsidised terms or pay back terms on hire/recruitment basis by the private airlines.

rather, pvt. airlines should set up institutes for training
if they wanna survive in India, innovation counts
