i need one for my comp so it runs like before i already scaned it with on that said i had like 250 problems

no perfectly safe ones because the above one can mess up neesesary windows files.sorry.

Both Ccleaner www.ccleaner.com and ToniArts EasyCleaner http://personal.inet.fi/business/toniarts/ecleane.htm clean out invalid registry entries and unneeded temp files. You may want to take a look at Tune Up Utilities www.tune-up.com it's shareware but it's fully functional for 30 days. Each of these programs will find stuff the others don't find.

be sure with registry scanners, did it say what problems? yer better off with some spyware and adware scanners.
