Statewide they are $36 dollars. You must wait 72 hours from the time you buy it until the time of the wedding. So, if you are getting married noon on Sat, you need to purchase it by noon on Wed.

But, there is a sixty day waiting period from when you petition the court for divorce and it is finalized. It cost $240 dollars to file for divorce, and a great deal more in legal fees.
