Knowledge and education about the situations you find yourself in will definately help because you could then contribute.

Planning your day can help you to avoid uncomfortable situations.

An acceptance of the skills of others and the lack of those sills within yourself - this is how it is in our organisation and most others i'm sure. We each specialize in our own areas and are EXPECTED to be the authority. Rather than feel inadequate about something we cant do we praise the person who can and strive to learn the skill and do what we can to help with the job.

Its a hard road trying to save the world by yourself ... it will take ALL of us to do that ;)

You feel that you are the only person having such a problem. Don't feel like that. Every one probably have this problem.

Your situation is 5% in confidence and not 0%. Hence, by doing Yoga, Meditation and Preaching the God will change your complex. Believe this word, I got some knowledge about the Yoga Centre, "Valzgha Valamudan" and "Nithyanandar Yoga" are fine. Try to join at any one of the Yoga Centre and improve your confidence. Always hears the song which will improve your confidence. Surely, you will attain the high position and get rid of the problem. Believe the God and Yourself.

This is a decisional problem: you have decided in your mind that you are inferior (possibly because you have been told so many times). You MUST get over it. Get rid of the things that make you feel inferior. Sometimes this can be something as simple as a novelty that reminds you of something or...Now brace yourself....even something big, like a friend that you subconsciously feel is superior to you. When you are around people that you see as being better than you, you see everything in others that you have convinced yourself that you cannot achieve, in turn, it brings you down. If this is the case...give your self some space from those people. However, the hardest thing to do is to recognize who and what it is that is causing you to feel inferior. Choose carefully.

It is very simple, nothing to worry about, there is not to feel inferior , every one will be having one talent , there must be some talent in you also, try to find in you that talent and divert your mind in that, always try to get good points from others and if you don't know anything means you can directly ask that to a concern person there is nothing in it. Always have a positive attitude that you can achieve, you can do it.

Always keep yourself busy , try to mingle with others, try to observe the good qualities from others, always be jolly.

You shouldn't judge yourself by what society thinks is cool.

The reason being is, society is all screwed up right now|

You are probably OK.

Just stick to what you know is right, and ignore the a** h**** who try to make you feel guilty and uneasy because you won't go along with their games|

If you know this basic principle, that will largely take care of your self-confidence problem|


Just put the pedal to the metal and ignore people who are trying to decieve you with their funny games, and you will be all right|

Just remember.. Sincerity is superior to all other qualities. So if you feel others are better or know more than you in a particular situation, you can have comfort in knowing that if your heart is open and you are sincere in what you know or don't know you are in the master's position.

first you involve urself in social service.when the said situation comes try to remmber those good deeds which are full of blessings,will surely give you maximum confidence. as you work hard for this cause u will get more and self confidence.

Don't yaar see u were the best that's y u were born to ur parents.
see if such situations arise just keep telling yourself that u will do it.

and believe me once u do this u will yourself see the change.

every men has own individual problem, dont think that you are alone, to overcome your problem you have to prayer, feel and think of something theres is inside of yours, or else in other but the best thing i have share to you keep in prayings,
