my frinds 14 year old was found half dead in the school restroom he tested posative for cocain luckily he will be ok no brian damadge but its just sad the number fo teen drug users has almost doubled in the last 5 years

the best way, is to start when the kids are young, INSTILL FEAR OF DRUGS INTO 'EM, that will work. TRUST ME

Answer to the original question.. (and not the rehetoric)
Easy answer.. NOTHING.. they will do as they do.. just as you and yer parents and yer grand parents did.. as a nation? NOTHING.. didnt work before in Prohibition.. aint gonna work now.. Now parents just shut up and go sneak yer tokes on a doobie OK.. SHEESH..
Oh and i would point out half dead isnt a big deal.. at my age i know way more people that are dead than alive... why wasnt that phrase "Half Alive" rather than half dead??? Alive is alive and Dead is dead.. and face it NO ONE EVER has made it outta life alive yet..

First of all legalize it... that should get rid of half the DEA officials, 35% of the FBI, and lots of money going to a burecracy that feeds off the traffiquing... at least that claims to be trying to controll it.....
Then the implementation of better treatment for those who want to stop using.
